Our store is located at c / Rua de Galicia Nº 20, 15 960 Ribeira, A Coruña. Our business hours are from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 13.30 and from 17.00 to 20.30. On Saturdays we open from 10.30 to 14.30.

PURCHASE TERMS
All purchases are subject to the conditions outlined below. Filling out the order form and sending it implies full membership to each and every one of the conditions of purchase.
PRICES
All prices shown in the online store have the VAT (16%) included.
The purchase summary specifies the total amount and shipping charges.
The prices are valid except for error, and may be reviewed and modified at any time without notice.
The minimum order for any purchase is € 15.
Orders equal to or greater than 200 € will not have shipping charges if they are nationally (peninsula).
WEIGHT OF PRODUCTS
Shipping costs are conditioned by the weight of the product and place of delivery. All products have detailed their weight so that when the customer makes the purchase the costs will be automatically calculated.
The weight calculation is done using the following formula:
LxWxH / 5000 = Volumetric Weight. Where L = length in cm.
A = width in cm.
H = height in cm.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. Credit cards:
Card payments are done through secure payment gateway provided by the POS of the Catalan caixa. All card payments are secure, their data are not recorded in any database but are encrypted directly to the Methods of the bank.
2. Wire Transfer:
Payment is made through bank transfer to bank account No: 2100-1840-64-0200100351 of Caixa Catalana, indicating no ordering and customer name.
Once payment is received, we will begin shipping immediately.
3. Cash on delivery:
The payment on delivery will be accepted only for domestic shipments and orders not exceeding 100 € of purchase.
For your first purchase with Enbotica this payment method will not be accepted.
This payment method has a charge of € 3 on the charges for shipping costs.
ORDER
Once you have completed your order, means the customer's consent given to the validity and effectiveness of the sales contract.
The commitment of Enbotica sales and clearance of goods is subject to stock the product and the availability of it until last.
RESPONSIBILITY
Enbotica is not responsible for any damage that may result from the improper functioning of the website motivated by external means, expressly disclaims any liability in case of malfunction of the telephone network.
The website is free public use and any user can access the information provided.
The user agrees to make fair use of passwords, once registered, and not to put them to third parties. And Enbotica undertakes to inform without delay, loss or theft of the Access Codes and any risk of access by third parties.
