NATIONAL
GALICIA: 1 to 3 kg price is 6 €, from 3 to 10 kg the price is 8 €. From 10 kilos and for each additional kilo is added 0.50.
REST OF SPAIN (Peninsula): 1 to 3 kg price is 10 €, from 3 to 10 kg the price is 12 €. From 10 kilos and for each additional kilo is added 0.50.
BALEARICBISLANDS: 1 to 10 kilos the price is 15 €. From 10 kilos consult directly with the company.
The prices shown already include VAT.
In Ceuta and Melilla and Canary Islands check shipping prices.

The countries of the zone 1 and zone 2, for goods moving of more than 10 kilos consult the price.
The prices shown include fuel surcharge and VAT.
Deliveries will be made with the carrier MAIL BOXES, and will be delivered to the customer's address or to the address the customer specifies at the moment of the order.
The delivery of the product will vary depending on the time and location and country of delivery. The products will be shipped once payment is confirmed (except on cash of delivery for domestic shipments) through existing forms of payment in the shop.
Riveira Enbotica SL (hereinafter Enbotica) will confirm the customer the delivery of the product at it´s destination and estimated time of arrival with an e-mail message.

REFUNDS.
Enbotica has insurance on shipments made to customers and that covers any damage that may occur during transportation package. It is the obligation of the buyer, in event of any problem, to immediately notify Enbotica by email to info@enbotica.es (and therefore to avoid any problem, we recommend opening the package before the carrier at the time of delivery).
Failure to communicate the issue within 24 hours after receipt of the shipment, Enbotica will not be responsible for damage during transportation. As is reported, we will replace the item with no cost for the customer.
The products have the manufacturer's warranty, in case of malfunction. If after receiving the order you want to return an item may do so within a maximum of 3 days from the date of reception.
Returns will only be accepted if both the hardware and original packaging are complete and in perfect condition and the shipping costs will be paid.

The client will communicate via email for refund, stating the reasons therefor. Enbotica will communicate by e-mail the take-back, indicating the address for product delivery.

Once checked the status of returned items, repayment will be made, except those motivated by shipping costs.
